I&#8217;ve been taking a bit of a break from gigging and songwriting, and for much of March I was away in Paris and some of the cities of the Hanseatic League, namely L\u00fcbeck, Hamburg and Copenhagen. I&#8217;ll post some pics soon.<\/p>\n<p>However, I have a couple of interesting pieces of news to report. First of all the Moogieman band is being beefed up with a keyboard player so you can expect some more rocking gigs soon. Second, I&#8217;ve recently completed a song about a Pomegranate. It starts:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nOh Pomegranate,<br \/>\nMost inscrutable of fruit,<br \/>\nI&#8217;d travel the solar system<br \/>\nTo ingurgitate your wisdom<br \/>\nAnd caress your glowing orb.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nI will hopefully be able to post up a recording of some kind soon. I&#8217;m intending the song to feature on a new Fruit EP. The other tracks haven&#8217;t been written yet but ideas so far include: Cucmumber Conundra, Bitter Lemon, Berried Alive and The Killing Of A Chinese Gooseberry.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m still open to suggestions so get them in.
